For the next two months, we will be highlighting a few of the amazing women of Simatree. Across a variety of roles, the goal of this series is to showcase the different skill sets critical to Simatree’s (and our clients!) success. Plus, it will give you a little insight into who these women are outside of work! Learn more about our fifth featured team member, Justine Hu, below.
Justine first joined Simatree in September 2022 as an Analyst and graduate student apprentice through Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. In that role, she was an active member of a project team working on an organizational-wide change effort for a large financial institution. After taking a break post-graduation, Justine officially re-joined as a Consultant in July.

Q: Do you have a favorite memory from your time at Simatree?
A: Katie Lucas, my project manager from my last project, came to support me at my graduation celebration in D.C. After working very closely with her every day for approximately eight months on a rigorous project, her attendance at the event meant the world to me.
