Anh-Thu is a Senior Associate with experience in organizational development, change management, and process improvement. She has enhanced organizational transformation across government and private sectors as a consultant, providing research-driven solutions to clients’ most challenging problems. Anh-Thu holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology, a B.S. in Psychology from University of Florida, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new foods.
