Catherine has 9 years of experience as a management consultant with a track record of empowering all stages of organizational transformation. She has helped federal and private sector clients assess their current state, define their future goals, create step-by-step roadmaps, and implement chosen tactics – all undergirded with change management techniques. Catherine has experience leading cross-functional teams and is passionate about using innovative communication and engagement approaches throughout change journeys. She has applied these skills on projects with data and analytics, information technology, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and executive teams. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Certification Project Management Professional (PMP), and an ICAgile Certified Professional.
