Max is a strategic human capital professional with over six years of experience in management consulting. He has specifically focused on building human capital programs (assessment, placement, and training) to enable technical transformations, and developing accompanying resources to promote successful program adoption and knowledge sharing across stakeholders. He has led cross-functional teams delivering change management services for the federal government and commercial clients, developed implementation strategies, and designed comprehensive training programs to assess data science skills and create customizable pathways for staff.
