Jay is the host of ESPN’s The Boardroom and is a NBA analyst for ESPN. Additionally, Jay is a New York Times bestselling author and an established premier keynote motivational speaker for executive business conferences and charitable organizations nationwide. Jay is one of the most prolific college basketball players in history and was the second overall pick in the 2002 NBA draft. A devastating motorcycle accident seemingly derailed his promising NBA career. What should’ve been a setback turned into a ‘set up’ because of Jay’s right perspective. Jay looks at life through the lens of “why not?” rather than “why?” His strong work ethic, positive attitude, commitment to excellence, determinedness, and unrelenting perseverance make Jay an uncommon leader at Simatree and in the business arena.
