Scott is a transformational leader who drives organizational change across all levels of government and the private sector as a both a government official and consultant. Scott brings over 25 years of experience creating solutions for complex problems and 14 years navigating change within the immigration enforcement environment. While at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement he led large scale organizational transformation projects, including data-driven management solutions for the White House and senior decision makers. Scott led teams that built cutting edge information technology tools and systems. As a skilled communicator and member of the ICE speaker’s bureau, Scott conveys complex information about technology-driven programs to Congress, Government leadership, Public stakeholders, and corporate leaders.
