Shea Tarring
Senior Consultant
Shea began her career with Simatree in 2021 as a management consultant. She has since gained a breadth of experience supporting federal, commercial, and nonprofit organizations. Shea is passionate about guiding projects from concept to completion, using effective communication strategies such as storytelling and visualization to generate authentic engagement. She has the constant attention to detail needed to identify issues throughout a project’s life cycle and course-correct. Most importantly, Shea makes every effort to build lasting positive relationships with each of her clients.
